This Living Guide has been divided into ten sections to make it easy for you to find key information about your new home and the products and systems within it, about your local area and about how to contact both us and other key organisations should you need to. The QR code provided to you at the handover will have all of your important documents, instruction manuals and warranty details. We hope you find these of value.

At St William, we are committed to providing our customers with quality homes in the most desirable locations, but we believe there is a lot more to what we do than just building homes. We aim to make moving to, and living in your new home as enjoyable as possible for you, and to provide a professional, efficient and helpful service at all times. We hope that this has been the case with your experience so far.

Moving forward, our team will keep in contact with you to check that everything is going smoothly. Our dedicated Customer Service Team is in place to assist with any issues you have during the first two years of your warranty period.

You will also be contacted in four to six weeks to ask you to take part in an independent Customer Satisfaction Survey, which will be carried out by “In House”. Your views are important to us, and this is a good opportunity for you to give us feedback whether positive or whether you feel we can improve our service to benefit future St William purchasers.
